This asymmetric fixture is designed to meet the complex demands of spaces where size constraints are a consideration, without compromising the quality of light.

Compact Versatility

MICRO 5 POP is available in three profiles, each with a flat lens or encapsulated option. The asymmetric fixture allows for light to be thrown at an angle with a 75° or 80° focused beam 20° off-nadir - without having to install the light at an angle. Different options allow POP to be incorporated in millwork, displays, drywall, and undercabinet.

Encapsulated Brilliance

For projects demanding extra durability and protection from moisture, the encapsulated versions of the POP profiles are suitable. These fixtures are wet rated for exterior use and feature high-quality LED strips encapsulated in polyurethane. Encapsulation is available in clear or translucent finishes to match your design aesthetic.

POP vs. KICKER: Understanding the Difference

QTL offers two MICRO 5 asymmetric fixtures—KICKER and POP—engineered to deliver light where it's needed. Both fixtures are designed to maximize space utilization and enhance lighting precision, yet they cater to distinct requirements due to their design and performance characteristics. KICKER, with its slightly larger profile, provides a higher lumen output, making it the ideal choice for environments that demand more robust illumination. Conversely, the compact design of MICRO 5 POP is complemented by a range of mounting options, enhancing its versatility for different applications and installation requirements. 

Multiple Mounting Options for Unparalleled Flexibility

POP fixtures cater to a wide range of applications with a selection of mounting options, including:

• Magnet (flat and flange versions): Ideal for quick and easy installation on metal surfaces.
• 832 Silicone (flat and flange): Provides a strong and permanent bond to various surfaces.
• Plastic Clip (flat and flange): A snap-and-secure solution for flawless integration.
• Screw (mud-in): Ensures a secure and lasting fit in drywall installations.
