QTL proudly offers an assortment of BAA compliant architectural LED lighting solutions. In general, the Buy American Act restricts federal agencies ability to purchase non-U.S. goods. In some circumstances, a BAA waiver may be given when applicable. The recipient of the funding has the ultimate responsibility of identifying the applicable domestic preference requirement for a waiver.
